The equipment and materials necessary for cleaning work are provided by the contractor.
The offers must indicate the total price, broken down by item.
In addition, an hourly rate for possible apartment renovation and move-in cleaning.
Contract period 3+2 years. From 5.12.2022. The agreement will continue after three years for the next 2 years if neither party terminates the agreement at least 3 months before the end of the contract period.
The tenderer and potential subcontractors must be tilaajavastuu.fi service- Reliable Partner in the register at the time of submitting the tender, as well as throughout the contract period. According to the report produced by the Tilaajavastuu.fi service, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the company must not be marked "CLEAR" or "STOP". If the company has a SEIS marking during the contract period or, if the sign appears, the contractual partner does not send a reliable plan for correcting the deficiencies to the client within a month, the client has the right to terminate the contract within the 3-month notice period. The client also has the right to terminate the contract in the middle of the contract period if the cleaning program has been repeatedly neglected.

Approval will be notified by email/phone. The customer has the right to reject the offer if it is not in accordance with the invitation to tender. The opening minutes of the cleaning tender can be obtained upon request. Offers are judged on the basis of price.
