The subject of the contract is the supply of medicines, in quantity and with the parameters specified in Annex 2 to the Specification of the Terms of Order to the hospital pharmacy. During the duration of the contract (12 months from the date of signing the contract), the Contracting Authority shall also provide for tasks 1 to 22 and 24 to 31 to 2 of the order as a matter of urgency (with implementation within a maximum of 12 hours of the contract). The cost of such delivery is required by the Contractor to include in the price of the offer (of the given task/package).
