Technical planning for technical equipment - medical technology in accordance with the scope of services § 55 HOAI 2021 of KGR 473 and KGR 620, LPH 2-8, step-by-step commissioning

The Städtisches Klinikum Dresden, an in-house operation of the state capital Dresden, is planning the implementation of the construction project "Renovation, conversion, fire protection and extension of house P at the Friedrichstadt site of the Städtisches Klinikum Dresden".

The aim of the construction project is the restoration of the building substance in accordance with the requirements of the monument, the strengthening of the structural, preventive fire protection in accordance with applicable regulations and the creation of suitable room structures in accordance with the room and function programme Dec 2021.

In addition, a new building as an intermediate building is to expand the area ring-shaped. The building will be emptied until the start of the construction project.

The construction project is divided into two sections - old building and new building - which will be carried out simultaneously.

The planning includes all basic services and the special services listed in the fee sheet for KG 473 and 620.

The preparation of the funding application for the funding authority and the compilation of all necessary documents in the required number and quality is part of the scope of services.

The basis for processing is the following documents:

• the task/description of the object of performance

• the room and function program for registration

• the as-built plans of the old building

• the requirements of the monument protection authority (to the 2nd stage)

• Investigation report on material properties and static concepts (for the 2nd stage)

• Overview schema with preferential assignment of the individual user groups

• Description of the usage concept for the registration of subsidies

The implementation of the overall measure (new building + existing building) was registered under funding law with a budget of € 4.6 million gross (for KG 473 + 620).

The room and function program on which the registration is based shows a total usable area of 5,922 m².

The financing is provided by the state capital Dresden and by subsidies from the Free State of Saxony. The cost specifications of the funding body must be adhered to.

In order to guarantee the profitability of the construction project, the participant is expected to make a qualified cost assumption with an evaluation of the underlying cost approach.

The following project dates are scheduled for compliance with the project schedule on the part of the client:

Start of execution planning services: 16.01.2024

Completion of planning services with LP 7: 30.01.2026

Note: The other required services for object planning of buildings and interiors as well as specialist planning services for structural engineering and technical equipment (ELT and HLSK) are commissioned by the client in parallel with the present procedure. Therefore, it can be assumed that these planning services were commissioned at approximately the same time.
