On behalf of Oral Health Care, the wellbeing services county of Ostrobothnia will put intraoral scanners out to tender for a contract period of four (4) years. The framework agreement is valid for 4 years. In 2023, one intraoral scanner will be procured for Pietarsaari, one for Korsholm and one for Vaasa, a total of three. The procurement includes the possibility to purchase a total of 3 + 3 similar intraoral scanners in 2024-2027, if an appropriation is granted for the equipment.
On the basis of the tenders received, a framework agreement is formed with the selected supplier as described below in the invitation to tender and its annexes and in such a way that the terms of the procurement have been agreed in a binding manner.
The equipment and accessories are procured within the reserved appropriations, i.e. the contracting entity does not commit to any minimum purchase amounts.
