The subject of the contract is the design, construction and commissioning of a cogeneration facility and gas boiler room in Rybnik (location L1), along with the necessary construction works, supplies and services in accordance with the scope of work contained in the Description of the subject of the contract constituting part II SWZ and under the conditions specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting part III of the SWZ.
