New construction of a residential complex on the Grundfeld in Haimhausen consisting of 3 houses with 3 floors each and a shared underground car park and cellar rooms. A total of 42 residential units will be created, including 30 publicly funded apartments and 12 condominiums.

- Ready-made installations (distributions, installation devices, commissioning):

20 working days per building

- Tests, rework, documentation:

15 working days per building

- Further remaining work (close fire protection etc.)

In each case upon request.

If necessary, assemblies must be carried out in several buildings at the same time.
