1.The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works in the field of water and wastewater management on the territory of the Drawski level (the Deep — Jaworze complex) - PKOB 2223, 2212, 2222.
2.The subject of the order includes:
1) Construction of a wastewater treatment plant with the demolition of the existing wastewater treatment plant in the Deep complex;
2) Construction of the sewer network in the Deep complex and the construction of a sewage pumping station with a pressing pipeline from the Jaworze complex to the sewage treatment plant in the Deep complex;
3) Construction of water together with the treatment station and water supply network in the Deep complex.
The Contractor will carry out construction works based on the Decisions on the construction permit - the Ordering Party awaits the decision.

The scope of the subject of the order also includes:
