The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the collection and management of waste
municipal properties inhabited and uninhabited in the Municipality of Jordanów Śląski as well as
from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and other public places, including their transport
for municipal waste treatment installations, as well as distribution of bags for municipal waste collected
Selectively. The service will be provided in the period from January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
EXPECTED AMOUNT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE TO BE COLLECTED FROM RESIDENTS IN THE PERIOD
DURATION OF THE CONTRACT – 1230,000 MG, INCLUDING THE EXPECTED AMOUNT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE

TO BE COLLECTED FROM THE SELECTIVE MUNICIPAL WASTE COLLECTION POINT LOCATED IN
JORDANOWIE ŚLĄSKIE – 120.00 Mg. ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE TO BE COLLECTED IN
AS PART OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT, IT IS 1350.00 MG (+/-10%).
The scope of the contract includes:
1) collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Jordanów Śląski Commune and their transport - from
all residents and uninhabited facilities as well as from the following facilities:
a) Public Primary School in Jordanów Śląski,
b) the Jordanów Śląski Commune Office,
c) the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Jordanów Śląski,
d) municipal sewage treatment plant in Jordanów Śląski,
e) companies and workplaces (business entities) operating in the Municipality of Jordanów Śląski
2) the collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected on the PSZOK;
3) equipment throughout the term of the contract for the provision of services, indicated by
Ordering real estate in bags for municipal waste segregation;
4) equipment throughout the term of the contract for the provision of services, indicated by
Ordering public places (playgrounds and sports fields) in sets of bins for waste segregation,
with a capacity of 120 l, taking into account selected fractions: plastic and metals, glass, paper, appropriately marked.
Expected number of sets: 18. Collection, transport and handling of waste from these containers;
5) Order period: from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023
