The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to carry out a survey of quality of service for the different modes of transport present in the territory of France. It is broken down into two batches:

— lot 1: execution of contractual perception surveys — RATP and SNCF, DSP bus and bimodal;

— Lot 2: carrying out one-off survey surveys. Perimeter: all modes of transport in France and transport related services.

Lot 1 aims to set up collection surveys for RATP, SNCF, bus and bimodal DSPs. The services will be the subject of order (s). Subsequent contracts will be set up in the course of the market to carry out the perception surveys on new competing transport lines (GPE, MEC Transilien...) and on intermodality equipment (bicycle parking, eco bus station...). Incumbents will have to set up these surveys while respecting the conditions issued by Île-de-France Mobilités: the implementation of survey plans, vacations, recruitment and training of investigators, reliability of results, production of aggregated results, etc.

Lot 2 is intended to carry out one-off passenger collection surveys on specific quality of service subjects or on a narrower geographical scope (one line, several lines, a subnetwork, a territory...) or a target of non-regular travellers (occasional travellers). These surveys may be qualitative and/or quantitative.
