Renovation and repair of the following areas of use in the individual monument Schloss Johannisburg: Palace and garden administration, castle gastronomy incl. new kitchen in the KG, museums of the city of Aschaffenburg as well as redesign of the Main terrace and castle courtyard.

The renovation of the castle will be carried out in two construction phases. The order relates to the 2.BA. In this are various. Partial areas affected that have not yet been processed in the 1.BA (largely completed):

KG: Main / entrance wing and south / east tower

KG-ZWG: half a main / entrance wing and south tower

Ground floor: Main / entrance wing, half a city wing and south/east/west tower / keep

1st floor: entrance wing/ half chapel wing and east/north tower/ keep

2nd floor: entrance/city/chapel wing and south/east/north tower/ keep

3rd-7th floor: East/North Tower

New construction of garbage house on the north bastion wall

GFA: 11,722 m2 (without garbage house), 35 m2 garbage house

BRI: 73.620 m3
