The joint acquisition is subject to wholesale purchases of food service center for kitchens in Helsinki schools and kindergartens and social and health industries.
This acquisition is divided into two (2) subdivisions in accordance with the needs of the offices.
Subdivision 1 includes locations where only entire sales items are used. Subdivision 2 includes the locations where both entire and dismantled sales may be used.
Detailed lists of locations under competition are listed in Annexes 5.1 and 5.2 and descriptions of the operating practices of the Services Centre Helsinki offices in Annex 3.
Changes in the number of offices during the contract period are possible.
The object of the acquisition is described in the product and price lists, Annex 1.1 and 1.2, and Annex 1.3 (product quality requirements). The products offered shall comply with those Annexes.
Consumption volumes are based on current purchase rates and may be subject to changes during the contract period. Consumption estimates in the annexes are estimates and do not bind the city.
The service center Helsinki schools and kindergartens (full sales items)Subdivision 1 includes locations where only entire sales items are used. The locations of Subdivision 1 are the sites of Service Centre Helsinki in schools and kindergartens.
Service Centre Helsinki schools and kindergartens and social and health sector offices (Dismantled and whole sales lots)Subdivision 2 includes the locations where both entire and dismantled sales may be used. Subscriber units of the Subdivision include the Services Centre Helsinki locations in schools and kindergartens and the social and health sector offices.
