ASTRID wishes to call on a specialized partner for the production of a quarterly magazine in 2 language versions (French and Dutch) for the emergency and security services as well as the implementation of an open contract for various editorial and communication services.

The contract includes 3 positions:

- Position 1: Writing, coordination, layout, printing, distribution of the magazine, cross media proposals.

- Item 2: Open contract for various drafting and communication services.

The quantities reported for this item (specified in the inventory: Appendix B) are purely estimated and do not constitute a firm commitment on the part of ASTRID.

ASTRID reserves the right to revise these figures upwards or downwards according to its needs.

ASTRID will use these services through partial purchase orders.

- Item 3 (Mandatory option): Production of an electronic magazine.

Under penalty of absolute nullity of the tenders, the tenderers are required to make a tender for all 3 posts. However, ASTRID is not subject to the obligation to place an order for item 3.

The initial duration of the contract is one year with the possibility of 3 tacit renewals of 1 year each (i.e. a maximum of 4 years in total). In case of non-renewal by ASTRID, a notice will be served on the successful bidder by registered letter 2 months before the end of the current year.

The protection of personal data collected and processed within the framework of this contract notice must be strictly guaranteed within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016) by the various parties.
