The subject of the contract is the provision of a transport service consisting in the school transport of students residing in the Strzelce Krajeńskie Municipality to primary schools in Bobrówko, Ogardy, Tuczno, Wielisławice and Strzelce Krajeńskie, Local Government Kindergarten No. 1 in Strzelce Krajeńskie, Special School and Educational Center in Strzelce Krajeńskie.
Deliveries will be carried out on the basis of personal monthly tickets as part of regular bus transport, according to the delivery schedule developed by the Contractor on the date indicated by the Ordering Party – including the hourly timetable to the facilities and the hours of collection. Numerical list of pupils from individual towns and villages for the period 02-01-2024 until 20-12-2024 is given in Appendix 11 to the Terms of Reference.

The contractor will mark the buses in accordance with the requirements and place information boards on the route of the buses.
The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide all transported students with seats and priority when getting on and off the bus in situations where the transport is used by other persons with a valid ticket.
In emergency situations, the Contractor undertakes to provide substitute transport adapted to the transport of students.
Number of transported pupils (as at the date of publication of the contract notice) – 372.
The number of pupils transported and the routes during the period of execution of the order are subject to change.
Transports apply to days in the school year when classes are held, excluding non-school days and holiday breaks. Transportation should be arranged in such a way that the waiting time for students to start classes after arriving at school does not exceed 20 minutes, while the waiting time for the bus to leave cannot exceed 20 minutes after the end of classes. Planned starting times:
• Primary School in Bobrowek starts classes at 7:45 a.m.
• Primary School in Ogardy starts classes at 7:30 a.m.
• Primary School in Wielisławice, classes start at 7:45 a.m.
• Primary School in Tuczno starts classes at 7:45 a.m.
• Primary School No. 1 in Strzelce Krajeńskie starts classes at 8:00 a.m.
• Primary School No. 2 in Strzelce Krajeńskie starts classes at 8:00 a.m.
• Local Government Kindergarten No. 1 in Strzelce Krajeńskie, classes start at 8:00 a.m.
• Special School and Educational Center in Strzelce Krajeńskie starts classes at 8:00 a.m.
3. The Contracting Authority requires that before commencing the implementation of the service, the Contractor presents for agreement the optimal schedule of transport for individual institutions, taking into account the shortest possible time of transport of pupils.
Access to the place of commencement of the delivery and descent to the Contractor's premises after its completion is not subject to additional charges for the Contracting Authority.
In emergency situations, the Contractor undertakes to provide substitute transport adapted to the transport of students.
4. The performance of the subject matter of the contract must be performed in accordance with the applicable national law, having all the insurances and authorizations required by law, guaranteeing the safety of persons and property during the performance of passenger transport. The contractor should ensure the comfort of transport.
5. Vehicles used by the Contractor must have third-party liability and accident insurance as well as a valid technical inspection. The Contracting Authority has the right to verify the above-mentioned circumstances at every stage of the performance of the contract. In the event of the lack of vehicle insurance in this respect or its current technical inspection during the performance of the Contract, the Contractor is obliged to refrain from providing the service with the use of a given vehicle and immediately obtain it, or provide another replacement vehicle that meets the above requirements. In the event that the Contractor does not provide a replacement vehicle that meets the requirements in the above scope within the time specified in the offer, the Contracting Authority may entrust
