Contract for design and execution project management services for the development of office spaces, technical rooms, service premises and decorated areas expected by the Group Real Estate Department necessary for the realization of a real estate project for the future headquarters of the EDF Group, located in Paris. The overall mission of Project Management will take place from June 2023 to June 2027.

The contract includes the following services:

• Technical APD, including coordinator role vis-à-vis the architect.

• Constitution of the PRO / DCE

• Assistance in the award of Works Contracts (ACT)

• Works Visa (VISA)

• Direction / Execution of Works (DET)

• Assistance in receiving and lifting reservations (AOR)
