The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide the Contracting Authority's administrative employees with the ability to communicate over the mobile network and access to the applications, tools and additional equipment they need to perform their work assignments. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority needs service/support in connection with mobile phones that have faults - regardless of whether the fault is within the warranty period or later.
Call-offs under the framework agreement can be divided into:
• Purchase of mobile phones pre-assembled with screen protector and case
• Purchase of accessories (cases, cases with card holders, screen protectors, etc.)
• Service/support concerning both troubleshooting and repair of non-functioning mobile phones, regardless of whether the mobile phone was purchased through this Framework Agreement.
