The work will take place on a busy site.

On the occasion of this contract, the contracting authority wishes to:

- combating social dumping and social fraud;

- strengthen social cohesion and sustainable development by making an effort to provide training, integration or socio-professional integration through the use of a flexible social clause;

The contracting authority reserves the right to rehearse similar works by negotiated procedure, in accordance with Article 42, § 1, 2°, b), of the law of 17/06/2016 on public procurement ... (see contract documents)
