Delivery and assembly of RES power generation units – sets of photovoltaic installations, including: 1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party of 62 sets of photovoltaic installations (basic scope) in residential and public buildings together with a structure adapted to the place of assembly, in the following partner municipalities: Gromnik, Skrzyszów, Lisia Góra, Żabno, Tarnów, Wierzchosławice, Ryglice, Gmina Rabka Zdrój contains the villages and settlements of Tuchów, Wieliczka, Myślenice, Jodłownik, Rabka Zdrój, Bukowno, Klucze, Krzeszowice, Olkusz, Wolbrom, Trzyciąż, Charsznica and Miechów, 2) performance in each location, no later than 30 days after signing the contract with the Ordering Party (and in the case of the scope covered by the option right not later than within 30 days from the date of submission of the declaration by the Ordering Party on the exercise of the option right), inventory of buildings, from which Protocols of Assembly Arrangements will be prepared with the roof projections marked in the graphics program with the possibility of scaling, with the location of the module in photovoltaic and/or with a terrain plan with the place of installation on the ground and the course of the DC and AC cable route. 3) delivery and assembly of structures for PV modules, 4) delivery and assembly of brand new, not older than 2022 PV modules, 5) delivery and assembly of brand new DC/AC inverters not older than 2022, 6) excavation in the ground to the required depth, if the photovoltaic panels are located outside the building in which the main switchboard will be located at a distance of up to 25 meters in a straight line, above 25 meters, excavations are carried out by a resident, 7) laying cable routes, grounding and cables from PV panels to the inverter and wires from the inverter to the electrical switchboard 8) installation of the switchgear for the needs of photovoltaics (DC and AC side) along with earthing the installation (the value of earthing resistance should reach <10 Ohm), 9) DC switchgear equipment (surge protector, DC fuse disconnector) 10) AC switchgear equipment (fuse disconnector, surge protector, overcurrent circuit breaker) 11) performing installation tests and checking the proper operation of the apparatus, 12) commissioning of the system and regulations, 13) measurements of electrical installations required by relevant regulations, 14) configuration of all inverters, connection to the user's Internet network (in the absence of a permanent Internet connection at the location of the inverter, the costs of providing coverage are covered by the User, in the case of a complete lack of network Internet requirement of the User is to equip the User with a module that allows future connection to the Internet.) and integration into a single system to monitor energy production, environmental benefits and control of PV installations from the system level. The system must be available for stationary and mobile devices on the iOS and Android platforms, devices monitoring the operation of the system should be able to communicate with a dedicated server on which the intended data will be saved, 15) training of facility managers and users in the operation and use of photovoltaic installations made under this procedure, 16) preparation of documentation for the notification of connection of microinstallations to the regional power grid DSO, 17) making the necessary mounting holes and culverts to introduce devices, 18) sealing mounting holes and culverts after introduction. 2. Delivery and assembly of RES power generation units – heat pumps, including: 1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party: 39 complete sets of heat pumps and 39 sets of DHW storage tanks and 36 sets of buffer storage CO.; in residential and public buildings with accessories, in the following partner municipalities: Żabno, Wierzchosławice, Zakliczyn, Niepołomice, Gdów, Jodłownik, Krzeszowice, Trzyciąż, Gołcza, Słaboszów, Racławice, Książ Wielki: 2) execution in each location, no later than 30 days after signing the contract with the Ordering Party, of an inventory of buildings from which Protocols of Assembly Arrangements will be drawn up with the selection of the final heat pump power, capacity of the DHW tank and central heating buffer and marked in the graphics program with the possibility of scaling, projections of the room / rooms with the location of the buffer, hot water tank and other elements of the PC installation and the course of the central heating installation wires, z.w., hot water from the heat pump to be connected to the existing installation, 3) connection of the hot water heater (heat pump) to the existing DHW installation, hot water and hot water circulation, 4) connection of the central heating buffer using the pump group to the existing CH installation, 5) assembly of fittings, devices and other elements according to the technological diagram, 6) installation of the control system, 7) rinsing and pressure tests of the installation, 8) filling the installation, 9) commissioning of the installation, 10) training of users as to the principles of proper operation of the heat pumps along with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transfer to users, 11) supplementing and sealing cavities after passage of wires, making cold water, hot central heating and electrical water pipes necessary to connect to the designed system. 2.
