1 The subject of the contract is the provision of a service entitled "Collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate and real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes in the Stawiguda Commune in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025",
-PART I – Collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate and real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes from area A.
-PART II – Collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate and real estate used for recreational purposes from area B.

PART I — Receipt and transport of municipal waste from owners of inhabited property and property used for recreational and leisure purposes from Area A1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and transport to the place of development, i.e. Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej in Olsztyn of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate and real estate used for recreational purposes in the Stawiguda Commune, as well as equipping these properties with containers for the collection of mixed waste and containers and/or bags for selective collection of municipal waste (paper fraction, glass, plastics and metals, multi-material packaging waste, ash, bio-waste).

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and transport to the place of development, i.e. Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej in Olsztyn of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate and real estate used for recreational purposes in the Stawiguda Commune, as well as equipping these properties with containers for the collection of mixed waste and containers and/or bags for selective collection of municipal waste (paper fraction, glass, plastics and metals, multi-material packaging waste, ash, bio-waste).
