The purpose of this contract is to award one or more holders with a public contract for the production of a temporary exhibition provisionally entitled "Olympism, a history of the world", intended to be presented in the spaces of the EPPD, 4 lots:
- Lot 1: scenographic layout; Lot 2: Electricity:Lighting; Lot 3: Graphic design; Lot 4: Audiovisual/Multimedia
Scenographic layoutconstruction of temporary picture rails, plinths, ceilings and showcases, painting and dismantling of the exhibition
Electricity / Lightingequipment of rails, wiring, supply and installation of lighting spotlights, adjustment of these materials and dismantling of this equipment at the end of the exhibition
Graphicsthe printing and installation of the various didactic and signage elements of the exhibitions and the removal of these elements (excluding screen printing)
audiovisual / multimediaProvision of rental, installation, connection, implementation, loading of contents, maintenance and removal of multimedia and audiovisual equipment, sound installations and scenographic installations for the fixing of equipment and the return and removal of these elements at the end of the exhibition
