A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix 1, 2a and 5 to the Terms of Reference. The order will be executed using the right of option. The option is to repeat the same assortment for the maximum quantities specified in the Terms of Reference. The Ordering Party informs that if the minimum quantity is equal to the maximum quantity, it means that the option right does not apply to a given assortment item.
