The competition includes transport and processing of residual waste from households in Skien, Porsgrunn, Bamble and Siljan municipalities. The waste shall be transported from Bjorstaddalen waste plant. When using containers for transport of waste, these shall be kept by the provider. The Contracting Authority is responsible for filling of heavy good vehicles/containers.
