The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to establish the rules relating to the purchase orders to be issued and the terms governing the subsequent contracts to be awarded for the performance of the following services: project management missions to subsequent contracts (type A), coordination missions, authorization and general management to purchase orders (type B) and one-off project management assistance missions to purchase orders (type C)
