Bundesrat - Rehabilitation and waterproofing basement

Underpinning II - Drilling - DIN 18301.

The technical cellar of the landmarked Federal Council building (former Prussian mansion) receives during operation of the Federal Council a completely closed building waterproofing against water. Part of the construction project is also the upgrading of certain areas. The foundations are upgraded by means of jet blasting (DSV), depending on the construction progress in several subsections:

- about 10 m 3 Demolition of old foundations of masonry,

- about 10 m 2 Demolition of floor slabs,

- approx. 5 pieces production of search scans to explore the foundation lower edge,

- about 43 m 3 Underpinning by jet method.

Start of execution:

Within 12 working days after receipt of the request by the client (§ 5 (2) sentence 2 VOB / B). The call is expected to be received by 03/2020; Your right to information according to § 5 paragraph 2 sentence 1 VOB / B remains unaffected.

Power End:

Within 40 working days after the deadline for the start of execution.
