The Ministry of Defence of the Netherlands intends to procure the delivery of three (3) Medium Sized Harbour and seagoing Tugs (MSHT) and three (3) Line Handling Workboats (LHWB) for the Royal Netherlands Navy.

Handling of ships up to the size of a submarine, a hydrographic survey vessel, mine countermeasure vessels, a diving support ship, landing craft utility, landing craft vehicle and personnel, pontoons, dinghies from open sea into the harbour (seventeen (17) ton bollard pull).

Towing small pontoons, pinnacles and small sailboats (one (1) ton bollard pull).
