The subject of the award is services for structural planning according to § 51 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14, work phases 1 to 6 for the new building, as well as services for the energetic and structural renovation and the conversion of the Graf-Eberhard grammar school.
The city of Bad Urach plans to rehabilitate the Graf-Eberhard Gymnasium energetically, technically and partly structurally. In addition, conversion work and development development is planned to connect the existing building parts.
The contractual planning services are focused on two sub-areas. On the one hand, renovation and conversion measures are to be carried out on the existing building, and on the other hand, a development extension consisting of a main, intermediate and auxiliary building (hereinafter “new building”) is to be created.
The following construction measures are planned, among others:
- fire protection upgrading;
- renovation of facades;
- renovation of toilet areas;
- replacement of floor coverings;
- renovation of flat roof areas;
- development attachment as a connection between the currently separate components including accessibility realization;
- PCB refurbishment of 2 specialist rooms;
- Implementation of “modern learning worlds”.
The measures are to be implemented by construction stage. Interim space is expected to be required.
The required property and specialist planning services (electrical and mechanical engineering) as well as the project management services for this project have already been awarded. Preliminary planning (performance phase 2) is expected to start in May 2022.
The subject matter of the contract is services for structural planning in accordance with Section 51 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14, work phases 1 to 6 for the new building as well as services for the energy and structural renovation and conversion of the Graf-Eberhard grammar school described below.
A flat rate is to be offered for planning the new building. The planning services for the existing building are remunerated according to expenditure.
A sectional and phased assignment is intended, there is no entitlement to further assignment.
According to current planning for the new building, the city of Bad Urach expects provisional chargeable manufacturing costs totaling EUR 4 million net in accordance with DIN 276-1:2008 -12, with KG 300 net accounting for EUR 3 million and KG 400 net for EUR 1 million.
