Carmarthenshire County Council established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Stairlifts, Hoists and Lifts on 5th January 2022 for an initial period of up to 4 years. The DPS will be operated on a fully electronic basis and is open to new entrants throughout its term who meet the minimum criteria specified in the DPS documents. The Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified Suppliers to supply and install Stairlifts, Hoists, Through-Floor Lifts and External Platform Lifts in domestic properties in Carmarthenshire.

In Category (Lot) 1, Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking suitably qualified Suppliers to supply and install Stairlifts. The installation works will be procured by mini-competition under a Dynamic Purchasing System (‘DPS’) arrangement. The following types of stairlift installations will be required:

- Straight Stairlift

- Curved Stairlift with minimum 1 bend (fitted to wall side of staircase)

- Curved Stairlift with minimum 1 bend (fitted to bannister side of staircase)

In Category (Lot) 2, Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking suitably qualified Suppliers to supply and install Ceiling Track Hoists. The installation works will be procured by mini-competition under a Dynamic Purchasing System (‘DPS’) arrangement.
