This contract consists of the architectural design and / or the technical and engineering studies as well as the follow-up of the execution of the modification of the trolley depot, located at Avenue du Roi 19-21 in 1060 Brussels with a view to bringing it into compliance to store and maintain trams type T3 / T4.

- study of the preliminary draft

Drafting of a preliminary draft according to the requests and the needs of the customers and services internal to the STIB.

- preparation of permit application file

Preparation of complete files and introduction of applications concerning planning, environmental and / or socio-economic permits;

Draft derogation requests (if necessary) to the competent authorities. Follow-up of the investigation of the files;

Modification of the project as part of the instruction.

- preparation of the execution file

Drafting of a special specifications, summary and detailed summaries, plans and details of project execution in collaboration with the relevant internal services of the STIB, detailed budget estimate;

Development of the complete file of execution in perfect conformity with the documents and the program accepted by the various internal services of the STIB, the file of license, the standards and code of work in force;

Definition of the limits of services between the internal services of the STIB and the company carrying out the works.

- assistance in the contract award procedure

Assist in determining the choice of the contractor for the construction mission;

Active participation in negotiations, opening and analysis of applications and offers received;

Drafting of an analysis report of the tenders received.

- realization of the project (construction site)

Follow-up of the execution of the works until the final acceptance of the installations, including:

- assistance to the works management and works follow-up (control of data sheets, execution plans, contractor performance studies, calculation notes, progress reports and statements, etc.) ,

- quality control of the works, establishment of meeting reports, regular site visits,

- assistance with daily decision-making in architecture, stability, special techniques, urban and environmental procedures,

- in the event of modifications of the project, the writing of a report of advice to the owner of work before execution in order to assist the owner in the defense of his interests,

- update plans based on approved changes during execution;

- drafting reports to validate progress reports and other statements. This includes the control of the work carried out (quantity, quality, compliance with the specifications) to assist the client in defending his interests,

- proposal of action plans to correct potential budgetary or planning drift,

- document flow management and approval,

- receptions:

- establishment and definition of appropriate technical receptions,

- inspection and provisional acceptance of the works at the end of their execution,

- final acceptance of the construction work,

- drafting for the issue of temporary and final acceptance reports,

- collection and control of AS-BUILT files and the subsequent Intervention Record (IUD),

- checking the conformity of the project documents with a view to providing STIB's maintenance services with a file compatible with their needs.
