The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28.09.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood as well as forest nursery and seed production, to be carried out in the Szczebra Forest District in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. These contracts will consist in the repetition of services compatible with the services covered by this contract and services similar to them in terms of the technological aspect of their performance. The material scope of these services shall not exceed 50 % of the value of this contract.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – hereinafter: "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, fire protection, seed production and acquisition of Christmas trees to be performed in the Szczebra Forest District in The Busznica and Nowinka Forestry in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – hereinafter: "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, fire protection and seed treatment to be performed in the Szczebra Forest District in Blizna and Klonownica Forestry in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – hereinafter: "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, fire protection and seed treatment to be performed in the Szczebra Forest District in Koniecbór and Masalszczyzna Forestry in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – hereinafter: "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, fire protection, seeding, obtaining Christmas trees and forest nursery (located in the Młynisko forestry) to be carried out in the Szczebra Forest District in Młynisko, Jaśki and Topiłówka Forestry in 2023.
