This is a joint European public tender procedure of the Radboud University Medical Center Foundation, hereinafter referred to as 'Radboudumc' and Radboud University, jointly referred to as 'Clients'. The tender concerns the provision of the external audit services for the audit related to the annual accounts and additional advisory services. The audits for the research projects (project audits) fall outside the scope of the tender.

To this end, Radboudumc and Radboud University wish to conclude a framework agreement with one Entrepreneur for the duration of four (4) years, with an option to extend three (3) times one (1) year.
