The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new two tractor units with semi-trailers equipped with a movable floor for KHK Krosno Sp. z o.o. divided into Parts. 2.Contract co-financed under the priority programme No. 2.1.2 "Rational waste management Part 2) Waste management installations" Project title: "Integrated waste and energy management system in the Southern Region of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship – stage II".

Part I of the order – Delivery of 2 pcs. tractor unit. Requirements:Brand new - year of manufacture 2023. Warranty 24 months. - Guarantee of service response to failure notification or the need to perform a service inspection within 2 working days from a written or e-mail notification. The Contractor should have the seat of the stationary service at a distance of no more than 120 km from the seat of the Contracting Authority and, if necessary, provide maintenance services at the place where the machine is parked in Krosno. The cost of transport to / from the Contractor's service, related to repairs, removal of failures / defects, to which the Contractor is obliged under the granted guarantee and / or warranty - shall be charged to the Contractor. The Contractor will provide warranty and post-warranty service. Costs of warranty service - on the side of the Contractor, and post-warranty on the side of the Ordering Party. The use of post-warranty service is a right, not an obligation of the Ordering Party. Costs of periodic inspection during the warranty period - on the part of the Ordering Party. - Certificate for CE mark. - All manuals in Polish in paper and electronic form. - Catalogue of spare parts in paper and electronic form. - Transport costs shall be borne by the Contractor.
