1. The subject of the contract is IT equipment of the Long-Term Care Center in the subregion at the Specialist Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases Team in Koszalin under the project no. RPZP.09.01.00-32-0002 / 18 in the scope specified in the SWZ.
2. The subject of the contract has been divided into three independent parts (each part is hereinafter referred to as the "Package"). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the assortment and price form constituting Annex 2 / I, 2 / II, 2/III to the Terms of Reference.
3.The subject of the order must be brand new, unused, undamaged, free from physical and legal defects, can not be subject to the rights of third parties. The subject of the contract must meet all applicable legal standards of safety of Polish regulations
and the European Union, have all legally required approvals and approvals and markings in accordance with applicable regulations and is to be supplied in protective packaging.
