1. The subject of the contract is: "Successive delivery of pumps for the needs of heat substations"

1. The subject of the contract is: "Successive supply of pumps for the needs of heat substations". This is a supply order with the numerical code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 42120000-6 (Pumps and compressors). Detailed data of the subject of the contract and its scope are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ ("Offer" form). The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the scope of the order (quantity) by a maximum of 20%. For failure to perform the entire subject of the contract, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims for damages. 2. The devices constituting the subject of the order must be brand new, unused, i.e. manufactured not earlier than 6 months before the date of their delivery to the Ordering Party, must meet the Technical Requirements set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ and spoil the requirements provided for:  Act of 16 April 2004 on construction products (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213) and implementing provisions to this Act,  Act of 30 August 2002 on the conformity assessment system (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215),  Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC. - Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11 July 2016 on requirements for pressure equipment and pressure equipment assemblies (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1036) implementing Directive 2014/68/EU into Polish law and must meet EU ecological standards set out in the announcements of the President of the Polish Committee for Standardization on the list of harmonized standards. 3. Required minimum quality guarantee period for the executed subject of the contract: 24 months from the date of their protocol acceptance. Guarantee in accordance with the conditions set out in Chapter XVI and XIX SWZ. 4. Other conditions of the Contracting Authority concerning the subject of the contract are specified in Chapter XIX of this SWZ entitled "PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT CONTRACT RELEVANT TO THE PARTIES".
