The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (FVST) carries out daily control, guidance and preparedness in relation to food and the veterinary area. For the past eleven years, FVST has worked with a common ambition to implement teams throughout the agency where it makes sense for the task solution. Going forward, the team culture must be maintained with team fundamentals and team refresher in terms of both employee and management teams. The goal is that managers and employee teams are well-functioning and co-managerial. HR has developed and rolled out a basic concept as the framework for a common team understanding. In general, this concept will continue to set the framework for the way in which team development will be worked on in the future. FVST has so far solved the task of implementing the team effort as well as handling a psychological preparedness in a collaboration between external teachers and internal consultants in HR
