1. The subject of the contract is the physical protection of the Ordering Party's buildings for a period of 12 months. This order is divided into 3 (three) lots

The subject of the contract for the provision of facility protection services: the District Court in Gdańsk, Nowe Ogrody 30-34 Street, and the District Court in Gdańsk, 3 Maja 9A Street.

As part of the protection of facilities, the Contractor will act with due diligence, and in particular will assume obligations in the field of:

1.1. protection and supervision of property located in the above-mentioned facilities in order to protect it against attempts of devastation, damage or theft – burglary from outside and inside the protected objects,

1.2. protection in situations of special threat to the life and health of persons staying in the protected facilities,

1.3. notifying the relevant security and fire brigades of hazards

Protection of objects additionally supported by an intervention group moving a marked motor vehicle

The subject of the contract for the provision of facility security services: District Court in Kościerzyna, Dworcowa 2 Street; District Court in Kościerzyna, Congregation of the Priests of the Resurrectionists 1; District Prosecutor's Office in Kościerzyna, Congregation of the Resurrectionist Fathers 1
