The Zeven municipality has decided to build a new fire brigade at a new location on the Südring. As part of an alternative procurement variant (PPP owner model), a new fire station with approx. 1,900 m2 is to be set up in the joint allocation of planning, construction and interim construction financing services 2 Usable area (NUF) can be planned and built on the basis of a functional description of the construction work with a space program. The services also include the complete construction of all necessary outdoor facilities.

The project includes the planning and turnkey construction of the fire station and the associated outdoor facilities as well as the interim financing of these services.

In addition to the 10 category 2 parking spaces in accordance with DIN 14092 and the alarm changing rooms, the room program also includes a wash hall, workshop areas, rooms for the children's and youth fire brigade as well as the required office, social and training rooms. In the outdoor facilities, all parking spaces and entrances and exits required in the event of an alarm must be planned and built, as well as a training area for the regional training of fire fighters.

The contractor must provide all necessary planning and construction work for the ready-to-use construction of the new building and maintenance within the extended warranty period, including the adjustment of the technical systems.

The financing services include interim construction financing during the planning and construction phase.
