The object of the order is the execution of project documentation and work aimed at the implementation of investments consisting in the supply and assembly of boilers, photovoltaic installations, solar collectors in the territory of the Municipality of Ostrów Mazowiecka, which is carried out in the framework of the project pursuant to: “Reduction of emissions air pollutants in the Municipality of Ostrów Mazowiecka”.

1. The scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular:

1.1. in terms of boilers:

1) the development of design documentation (obtaining the required rules of the decision of the architectural and construction administration authority, including: notification of construction works, construction permits, if required and other required provisions of the law of decisions, permits, arrangements, notifications);

2. Supply and assembly based on the technical documentation of 11 boilers including fixtures, including:

(a) 5 units of gas boilers,

(b) 5 units of biomass boilers,

(c) 1 electric boiler

3) disassembly of the existing boiler,

4) selection of the central heating furnace according to the PFU,

5) connection of the furnace to the installation of c.o. and c.w.u.,

6) installation of the pump unit with control,

7) Free service services during the warranty period.

1.2. for photovoltaic installations:

1) the development of design documentation (obtaining the required rules of the decision of the architectural and construction administration authority, including: notification of construction works, construction permits, if required and other required provisions of the law of decisions, permits, arrangements, notifications).

2) supply and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Contracting Authority of 8 sets of photovoltaic installations, together with a structure adapted to the assembly site,

3) assembly of structures under PV modules,

4) installation of PV modules on the structure,

5) laying cable routes and cables from the panels to the electric switchgear,

6) modernization of the electrical switchgear, including the installation of security features,

7) installation of PV inverters,

8) installation of the automation and monitoring system,

9) connecting inverters to the investor's electricity system,

10) performing installation tests and verifying the correct operation of the apparatus,

11) the commissioning of the system and adjustments,

12) training the user with the operation of the installation performed,

13) Free maintenance services during the warranty period.

1.3. for the installation of solar collectors

1) the development of design documentation in accordance with the PFU;

2) supply and assembly based on the technical documentation provided by the Contracting Authority of 2 sets of solar collector installations, together with a structure adapted to the place of assembly,

3) installation of solar collectors on a slant roof using system handles;

4) installation of the solar tray;

5) installation of the protection fittings of the solar plant and water installation;

6) installation of the pump group;

7) installation of pipelines of solar and water installations;

8) installation of insulation of pipelines of solar and water installations;

9) insertion of the solar plant into the existing installation of the preparation c.w.u.;

10) connection to the upper hose of the boiler installation c.o.;

11) installation of the pressure reducer together with the pressure gauge on the installation of cold water;

12) installation of the automation system with sensors and wiring;

13) filling the plant with a solar factor;

14) carrying out technological trials and commissioning and transferring solar installations into operation;

15) provide future users with information on its correct handling of the solar installation;

16) free service services during the warranty period;

2. The detailed scope of the work (Description of the Order Subject) is contained in Annex No 1 to the SWZ - PFU, which consists of:

1) FUNCTIONAL-USE PROGRAM Installations of heating equipment and renewable energy sources for residential and public buildings,

2) FUNCTIONAL-USE PROGRAM PV installations for residential and public buildings.

Note: The item of the order does not include the comprehensive design and delivery and installation of the heat pump in the area of the Municipality of Ostrów Mazowiecka, which is included in the PFU.
