Luleå University of Technology is facing extensive new construction and renovations in the coming years at the campus in Luleå.

The aim of the procurement is to conclude an agreement with an independent contractor who provides the University with a main project manager with overall responsibility for planning and coordinating the work between different parties.

The assignment as main project manager includes both construction-related and business-related responsibilities. For these two areas, there will be sub-project managers on site. The role of the main project manager will be to take overall responsibility for these two sub-areas (hereinafter the Service).
