The subject of the contract is the performance for a period of 36 months for the needs of the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie Sp. z o.o. of laundry, disinfection and lease services along with the transport of hospital bedding, underwear, cut and barrier clothing in accordance with the sanitary rules and regulations in force in this respect, with the use of washing and disinfecting agents. The service is to be performed in the laundry and using the Contractor's equipment and means, while the laundry must have a permit from the competent sanitary and epidemiological authority to provide services to health care units and meet the requirements of the full hygienic barrier, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ; -Detailed description of the subject of the contract.
