The Client intends to conclude an Agreement with a Contractor for endpoint monitoring, including the service and services described in the Tender Documents. The Contractor provides for the needs and objectives of the VRLN with regard to endpoint monitoring service.

• The ceiling amount for the structural costs is € 10,000,-, per month, including VAT. The structural costs concern the all-in rate per month per endpoint times the number of endpoints. The maximum amount is the total available amount, per month of the Agreement.

• The maximum amount for the one-off implementation costs is € 20,000 including VAT. The ceiling amount is the total amount available for the implementation (one-off).

• Indexations are not included in the ceiling amount.
