The Contracting Authority will enter into framework agreement with several Tenderers for the delivery of planning and engineering design services to small and medium sized assignments in the South Region.
The aim of the framework agreement is to assist the Contracting Authority professionally and with processes connected to assignments if the Contracting Authority does not have the capacity to carry out the work. The Contracting Authority shall at short notice be able to order services with conditions in accordance to this contest.
Demand will primarily be in connection with work in:
— Reports in connection with the road network;
— Preliminary projects/feasibility studies;
— Municipal sector plans;
— Impact assessments;
— Zoning plans;
— Construction plans;
— Preparation of tender documentation for contracts;
— Quality assurance of developed plans;
— Hiring of professional resources for the Contracting Authority's disposal.
The framework agreement comprises 14 major subjects that the Tenderer must deliver competence in, these are further described in chapter D of the tender documentation.
