Østjysk Bolig offers construction and construction work in connection with the design and construction of 300 public housing for a total of 12 000 m 2 and 50 family homes totaling 5,000 m2, incl. common areas and associated outdoor areas.

The building is to be erected at Olof Palmes Allé, 8200 Aarhus N, located on the current university college grounds. The new department will be established on 2 upcoming land in the area.

With this tender, Østjysk Bolig wants to associate a contractor (a contracting team) who can provide the entire construction work, and the associated architectural and landscape architectural and engineering design services for the realization of the project.
