The subject of the contract is the execution, according to the attached documentation, delivery and assembly in the capital city of Warsaw of metal and wooden city benches, the so-called "Warsaw benches" along with their maintenance during the warranty and guarantee period in three models.

1. The subject of the contract is the execution, according to the attached documentation, delivery and assembly in the capital city of Warsaw of metal and wooden city benches, the so-called "Warsaw benches" along with their maintenance during the warranty and guarantee period in three models:

(a) with backrest and armrests

b) with backrest without armrests

(c) without support

in a total amount of 827 pieces and dismantling and disposal of 200 pieces of existing benches
