The total service to be awarded consists of the delivery of a brand-new, swap body vehicle including loading crane.

The compatibility of chassis and body is an indispensable assembly requirement due to a DIN-compliant design.

In particular, the complete vehicle must comply with the provisions of the StVZO, the regulations of the UVV and the relevant DIN/EN standards, VDE standards, TR BOS, EMVG and EMC guidelines as well as the generally recognized, valid, safety-related and occupational health regulations.

Delivery of a brand-new chassis for the construction of a swap body vehicle with loading crane for disaster control in the district of Munich. An all-terrain diesel cab-over-engine chassis with two steered axles and all-wheel drive is required. The engine version is at least Euro VI with authority engine (i.e. among other things: Ad-Blue vehicle must not switch to emergency mode due to low filling level) with an output of at least 370 KW and from 2600 Nm torque.

The vehicle is provided to the Technisches Hilfswerk Ortsverband München-Land, which is why the color choice is as follows:

cab ultramarine blue (RAL 5002), frame black, bumpers and entrances white (RAL 9010), detailed coordination after award of the contract

Construction of the swap loading device, the loading crane and the cable winch each with required attachments, as well as the special signal system, general expansion for civil protection, additional lighting, other framework conditions and accessories.

The hookloader must have a lifting and tipping capacity of 20000 kg or more. The terrain/fordability of the chassis (LOT 1) shall not be adversely affected by the bodywork or other or other additional components.

For the loading crane, the following lifting capacities are required at least for specified delivery:

6500mm -3400Kg

8500mm -2400Kg

16.000mm - 1000Kg

21.000mm - 700Kg

The vehicle winch must be operable via the crane remote control with 80kN in the direct train and second fixed point for two-strand operation with emergency manual operation.
