Refuse and waste related services. Waste and rubbish containers and bins. a) Collection and disposal of dog faeces from the dog faeces bins distributed across both Districts.

b) The disposal of the waste at a suitable licensed waste disposal site ;

c) The provision of and replacement of alternate colours of plastic bin liners in the dog faeces bins;

d) The provision of waste disposal and collection records in accordance with the specification.

e) The twice yearly cleaning of the bins.

f) The provision and installation of additional and relocation of dog faeces bins and the relocation of existing bins.

g) The maintenance and/or replacement of bins.

Both Wycombe District Council and Chiltern District Council intend to be parties to the contract.
