The purpose of this award is the provision of public transport services by bus and call-collecting taxis in sub-networks SE 3-9 in the area of the Hamburg Transport Association. The transport services are provided in the district of Segeberg (NUTS code: DEF0D). Cross-border services also affect the districts of Steinburg (DEF0E), Pinneberg (DEF09), Ostholstein (DEF08), Stormarn (DEF0F), the independent cities of Neumünster (DEF04) and Hanseatic City of Lübeck (DEF03) and the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (DE600).
It is a gross contract. The risk of changes in fares revenue and legal compensation thus lies with the clients. The simplified HVV quality control procedure in the surrounding area (QSV light) applies. Only low-floor buses.
The network SE 3-9 is subdivided into 3 partial lots, which can be offered individually. An overall offer can also be submitted. Side offers are not allowed.
Lot 1 comprises approximately 790 000 bus timetables per year; of the given trips, a maximum of 18 will take place simultaneously. Of these, the HVV vehicle class "articulated bus" 5, "standard bus" eight and "minibus 30" five trips.
SE 3 - City Kaltenkirchen: Lines 7961 and 7962;
SE 4 - Region Kaltenkirchen: Lines 7950, 7970, 7971, 7972, 7973, 7975, 7977 and 7980.
In addition, approximately 5,000 AST kilometers are to be made.
Lot 2 comprises approximately 680 000 bus timetables per year; of the given trips, a maximum of 12 will take place simultaneously. Of these, eight trips were made to the HVV vehicle class "articulated bus" 4 and "standard bus".
SE 5 - Stadtverkehr Bad Bramstedt: Line 7609 SE 6 - Region Bad Bramstedt: Lines 7500, 7503, 7504, 7505, 7506, 7508, 7509 and 7600.
In addition there are about 27 500 AST kilometers.
