Services Architect and Surveyor - Framework Agreement 2022/2025 - MP. AN-2022.021
The contract is divided into 2 lots, as follows:
I.1.1 Lot 1 "ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES"
Annual estimate: EUR 125,000 excl. VAT max.
I.1.1.1 Item 1 – Full Missions
The various missions concerned may consist of various global or partial projects relating to developments, renovations, construction or demolition of buildings, the construction of sports fields or playgrounds, etc.
The amounts of the works can vary from +/- 15.000 EUR excluding VAT to 1.500.000 EUR excluding VAT or more. These amounts are given for information purposes only and do not in any way bind the Contracting Authority. Therefore, the successful bidder will not be able to claim any compensation in the event that these amounts are not reached.
