Appointment of a design office for the preparation of a design plan, a preliminary design, environmental permit applications, a design and implementation file, the follow-up of the execution of the work
The assignment includes the appointment of a design office.
And consists of 2 phases:
- 1 e phase includes the preparation of a development plan based on an existing strategic master plan, the preparation of a preliminary design and the preparation of the environmental permit applications,
- the 2 e phase includes the preparation of a design and implementation file, and the follow-up of the execution of the works up to and including the final delivery for the University of Antwerp Science Park in Niel.
