The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the water supply network in Białostocka Street.

Detailed requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract are included in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to these specifications, i.e. in the design documentation, which includes:

1. construction project – land development project construction of a water supply network in Białostocka Street in Wrocław with connections in the border of the road lane developed by SAN-itariusz Mateusz Bartkowski in November 2022,

2. executive design of the reconstruction of the water supply network in Białostocka Street in Wrocław developed by SAN-itariusz Mateusz Bartkowski in November 2022,

3. construction and executive design of surface reconstruction after works related to the reconstruction of the water supply network in Białostocka Street in Wrocław developed by SAN-itariusz Mateusz Bartkowski in December 2022,

4. construction and executive design of the organization of substitute traffic for the time of reconstruction of the water supply network in Białostocka Street in Wrocław developed by SAN-itariusz Mateusz Bartkowski in December 2022,

5. geotechnical opinion specifying soil and water conditions for the reconstruction of the water supply network in Białostocka Street in Wrocław prepared by the Geological and Design Services and Environmental Protection Wojciech Zawiślak in April 2022,

6. construction and executive design – dendrological survey together with the project of felling and protection of greenery developed by SAN-itariusz Mateusz Bartkowski in June 2022,

7. technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works for the reconstruction of the water supply network in Białostocka Street in Wrocław.
