Unpolluted soil: category 1 and category 2 on the basis of the standards for application in residential areas in the Brussels-Capital Region, as well as land not included in the soil condition inventory

This call for projects aims at the construction or renovation of buildings including so-called "conventioned" housing and possibly other uses at free prices (housing, shops, etc.) The projects presented, reconciling exemplary architectural quality, high environmental quality and respect for the urban fabric, must be part of a proactive approach to sustainable development and be located in neighborhoods to which they can bring complementary functions likely to improve the quality of life and urban balance or constitute in themselves city districts. One of the objectives of this call for projects is to create a leverage effect on the territory of the Brussels-Capital Region in the renovation of neighbourhoods whose investment in housing is deficient in order to participate in social housing policy.
