North Karelia Procurement requests that a tender for property management services be submitted to Joensuun Kodit Oy and Setlementtiasunnot Oy. Joensuun Kodit Oy has been authorised to put out to tender the procurement of property management services on behalf of Setlementtiasunnot Oy.

The invitation to tender includes property management work carried out in accordance with its appendices at the sites of Joensuu Homes and Settlement Apartments.

The agreement starts on 16.10.2023 and is valid until further notice.

The offer is binding and must be drawn up in the Finnish language. The acquisition process is in Finnish as a whole.

The service must comply with the regulations of the European Union directly binding legislation, Finnish laws and regulations and the authorities.
